Steam distilled from leaves, Peppermint can be applied directly to affected areas and to reflex points. It can cause sensitization of the skin and can be diluted one drop to one drop with Fractionated Coconut Oil to reduce this sensitivity. This oil can be diffused or taken orally with one drop oil in 1 tsp honey, in 4 oz of beverage, or placing 1-2 drops under the tongue. Use with caution while pregnant or dealing with high blood pressure.
